1.  Replace the clubhouse awning. (Completed 2017)

2. Add sand to the playground sand box and volleyball area. (Completed 2017)

3. Rebuild of building 8 due to a fire on May 9. (In Progress)

4. Paving. (Postponed until the completion of building 8)

5. Paint and replace all second floor banisters. (Completed 2017)

6. Replace the compactor. (Completed 2017)

7. Pressure washing. (Quarterly)
