Buying and Renting at The Hamptons

The Hamptons at Brandon is a condominium complex, which means that we have many owners that may have units available for sale or rent. The Association office tries to maintain a list of available units. However, each unit owner has the right to set the rental rate and security deposit requirements as they see fit.

 

The Association does require that all residents whether owning or renting go through a criminal background screening, our criteria is as follows: No Felonies in the past 7 years, No more than 3 Misdemeanors in 3 years, and a Zero tolerance for any violent crimes or sexual offenses.

 

Also, the Association does require a $175 deposit for the water, as we self manage that on sight.
